I can’t be the only one who goes into convulsions every time that she leaves her craft items for longer than a 24-hour period…please tell me that I’m not the only one…please!!!! 🙂

With the Thanksgiving holiday a couple of days away, I am packing up a few items to take along with me on my visit home to see my family out-of-state. Most people would grab a few garments for the daytime, some PJs for the evening, a couple of pairs of sensible shoes, and toiletries, and then happily call it a day.  But, noooo, not me!  I prefer to add a few extra necessities to my load (I’m driving, so I have the space, right?!?!?).

So, after prepping a bag full of wreath making supplies, including some ribbon, mesh, frames, and some signs (because, well, someone in my hometown might need my help decorating for Christmas, right?) as well as my Cricut, EasyPress, and some vinyl, I’m all set….wait…it will be cold where I’m going and I am not trying to walk around town naked.  I guess I’ll add a bag of clothes to my pile!

However, before I go, I want to quickly share with you a cool bag I purchased to make my craft room travel a little bit easier. If you are looking for a roomy bag to carry your Cricut and supplies in, you’ll want to check out this one out online (note links below are ‘affiliate links’—this means I may receive a small commission at no cost to you if you choose to make a purchase).

*unfortunately, new design does not include laptop compartment.

As you can tell by the images below, I packed my bag full of vinyl, paper, cutting mats, and tools. And even with all of these ‘essentials’ my Maker sits nice and protected at the bottom of the bag. This will be the bag’s inaugural run, so I’ll update this post in a couple of days to tell you how the bag fared when the trip is all said and done. I’m just excited to get everything all into one bag! This in and of itself is amazing to me and worth the dollars spent! 🙂

And, in case your interested, I carry my EasyPress in—

It’s been a godsend for keeping my EasyPress safe and secure when I travel.

I’m off to finish packing for my journey.  Have a happy day!
